We offer personal training and fitness classes near Marlborough and Pewsey, Wiltshire. Our fun, friendly and highly effective classes include High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Kettlercise, Core Workouts, PureStretch (a powerful mix of Yoga, Stretching and Pilates). Our rolling 28-day Healthy Formula courses are designed to help you switch to a healthier lifestyle and meet your personal fitness goals in a sustainable, body-positive way (no guilt involved)! The solution; Kettlebell Classes!
Kettlebells are a versatile tool used for a dynamic, energetic workout. Swinging, lifting, and carrying the unique bell-shaped weights combines strength and cardio training for a super-efficient session that torches calories and builds lean muscle.

Join our beginner-friendly classes!

No experience? No problem! Our certified instructors will teach you the proper and safe technique for all the fundamental kettlebell movements.

• Tuesdays: 6:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. Milton Lilbourne Village hall
• Wednesdays: 7:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Easton Royal Village Hall
• Thursday: 6.30 p.m.–7.30 p.m. Milton Lilbourne Village hall

We have very much enjoyed having you join our classes over the last 12 months and really value and appreciate all the support you give us, enabling us to keep offering you classes!

We are looking forward to the break and hope that you are too!

We hope you're having a fabulous weekend and you're looking forward to the week ahead! Planning your workouts for the week, staying motivated, staying consistent, so you can achieve the results you're looking for!

We start our week Monday 9am Dumbbell class, focusing on functional moves with dumbbells to improve our strength at Manningford Bruce village hall, subject to numbers. Online if numbers are low. This is a low impact class and great to build bone density and our strength for all those daily activities of living.

10.30am Fitness Pilates at Milton Lilbourne Village hall! We'll be focused on our balance, strengthening our legs, glutes and core. All you need is a mat and a drink!

Tuesday evening, 6.30pm, we've Kettles at Milton Lilbourne village hall.

Wednesday morning back to Manningford Bruce village hall 9am, subject to numbers!

Wednesday evening Kettles is back at Pewsey Vale School with the lovely Kerry, who is leading whilst Amanda is away!

Thursday we're at Milton Lilbourne at 6.30pm for Kettles.

Friday morning we've dumbbells online at 8.30am.

Welcome to Healthily Toned!

I’m Debbie and I am a personal trainer and fitness coach based near Marlborough, Wiltshire. My online HIIT (high intensity interval training), Kettlercise and Stretch & Tone classes are open to everyone, anywhere – I’ve got something to suit all body types and abilities. I also run courses aimed at getting back into good habits or transforming your current lifestyle.

I’m passionate about helping women feel that we all have the power to change and become fitter, stronger and healthier – physically and emotionally.

Having lost 15 kg/2.5 stone myself after turning 50, I know how much we can achieve by eating great nutritious food and exercising, building up our strength to handle different life stages including childbirth, (peri-)menopause and aging.

So if you’re looking for friendly, fun and effective fitness classes, and/or a course to help you get fit quick, I’m your woman!
