Good evening all!
We hope you've all had a great weekend and if you were off over the Easter break, we hope you had a fab time then too!
Back to normal routine from this week as per our timetable.
It's been lovely to welcome some new faces over the last couple of weeks and thank you to all of you coming along who have brought friends along too!
We're looking forward to seeing you all again during the course of this next week!

We're into the Easter holidays, so if you're off we hope you're having a great time!
This coming Friday is Good Friday so no class then. Same for Easter Monday too, but if you'd like a class recording, let me know, happy to oblige!

I’m Debbie and I am a personal trainer and fitness coach based near Marlborough, Wiltshire. My online HIIT (high intensity interval training), Kettlercise and Stretch & Tone classes are open to everyone, anywhere – I’ve got something to suit all body types and abilities. I also run courses aimed at getting back into good habits or transforming your current lifestyle.
I’m passionate about helping women feel that we all have the power to change and become fitter, stronger and healthier – physically and emotionally.
Having lost 15 kg/2.5 stone myself after turning 50, I know how much we can achieve by eating great nutritious food and exercising, building up our strength to handle different life stages including childbirth, (peri-)menopause and aging.
So if you’re looking for friendly, fun and effective fitness classes, and/or a course to help you get fit quick, I’m your woman!
