We love a bank holiday weekend but we needed to let you know our opening hours will be slightly different! ☺️

Both Monday the 4th and Monday the 25th we’ll be open 07:00 - 18:00 with the changing rooms closing at 18:30.

The new Functional Fitness block starts this week!

This time there’s a real focus on explosive movements and developing power.

This is a great way to mix up your training and still develop strength in the gym 💪

All levels are welcome from beginners to those who’ve been a part of our functional fitness sessions for some time now 👊

Our classes run at 10:00 and 18:15 on weekdays and at 09:30 on Saturdays!

There’ll be more detail about how we design our programmes in a future video so stay tuned - see you there 😁

THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO PLANNED DOLPHIN CARE.

THESE DOLPHINS DESPERATELY NEEDED TEMPORARY HOUSING SO WE STEPPED IN AND HAVE WELCOMED 3 OF THESE BEAUTIFUL ANIMALS AT THE CLUB FOR THE FORESEEABLE.

SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM STILL AVAILABLE FOR USE.

🧠 TMC Quiz Night – Friday 27th March | 6:30pm 🧠

Join us at the Club for a Quiz Night on Friday 27th March from 6:30pm, helping raise money for Meningitis Research Foundation in support of the Team running the London Marathon! 🏃‍♂️

Our very own Quiz Master Jonny is already hard at work putting together a brilliant evening, with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place up for grabs.

There will also be complimentary drinks and snacks for you to enjoy throughout the evening while you put your knowledge to the test! 🍻

💷 Entry: £20 per person

(All proceeds go directly to MRF)

⚠️ Remember: every donation also equals burpees the Team will have to complete during March!
