These principles create a positive and supportive water environment for both parents and babies, focusing on well-being and sensory exploration rather than traditional swimming pressures. 

🌸 Connection: Helping to strengthen the deep bond between parent and child, through touch and shared water experiences.

🫧 Calm: Focusing on creating a relaxing environment, using techniques such as water flow movements, mindfulness, and breath work to ensure a peaceful experience for both you & your baby.

Our new classes combine the sensory magic & joy of water. Nurturing touch and mindfulness, to aid calm, connection & promote wellbeing for both you and your baby 🌸

Each baby has their own individual bath, where we use a variety of gentle moves, holds & water sprinkles. This creates positive early water experiences, confidence and comfort. The perfect first step before baby swimming ✨

Not only will this class benefit your baby, but it will give you the chance to bond, learn new techniques to use at home, relax & connect with other new parents 🤍
