Happy Monday- a fresh new week! I’m home and getting back into a routine after the most amazing few weeks celebrating my 30th Birthday!🎉🩷🥹

Yesterdays Wellness Experiences at Tees Valley Hospital💆🏻‍♀️

Love love love treating the staff here and they welcome me with open arms each time I come along.

Lots of staff enjoyed an express wellness session during their work day.

August has already started off pretty special with seeing two of our closest friends tie the knot on Friday which was just gorgeous🩷

Then topped the weekend off with 24 hours with my bestie at Pool Bridge Farm, couldn’t recommend enough! A beautiful day, swimming, being in nature and taking time for our mind, body and soul🧘🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️

The most beautiful morning spent treating NHS staff to our Templespa Wellbeing/Menopause Experience💆🏻‍♀️

We spoke about the importance of looking after yourself through all phases of life but especially through phases of menopause. We then invited everyone to take part in a gorgeous self applying facial, as we shared hints and tips as well as the importance of looking after our skin and how Templespa can help with our incredible science-led products.

We shared relaxing rituals using some of our holy grail products such as Repose, Stress Not, AAAHHH Balm, Quietude and Breath of Life. Seeing everyone drift into a quieter and calmer state of mind was truly lovely to see and the glowing faces and smiles by the time we came to the end were priceless too🥰

Time together like this, sharing experiences, having some time to stop, relax and take a moment of reflection is so important. You deserve to find a little pocket of peace in each day🧘🏻‍♀️

At the experience today I shared some beautiful affirmations which I wanted to share with you all too…
