The painting has been done, the carpet is booked in to be put down, the art is coming for the walls.
I'll be ready to offer trauma-informed one to ones (indoor and outdoor), Zen meditation, half day retreats and short courses by mid August (with a fair wind behind me!).

News coming soon of a new website with details of classes, workshops and events at the Earthbeat Centre, Errington Woods and the beach.
It's taken longer than I expected owing to an unexpected family bereavement - but I hope to be all guns blazing by the end of June ✅😊

Nature (not naturist!) Bathing, Marske Beach. Saturday, 29th March 10am - 11.15am ish. £5 intro offer!

Join me at Marske Beach for some Nature Bathing: creativity, gentle movement, stillness and quiet reflection.

We'll rest amongst the dunes and follow nature's lead for a while...

Not to be confused with naturist bathing 😁 we'll definitely have our clothes ON! In fact make sure you wear plenty of them 🤣
