When the body is out of balance, our natural frequancys can be disrupted, sound therapy helps to restore the body to come back to its natural calm state using frequencies that penetrate deep into our cells, promoting physical, mental and emotional healing

🌙 Sound is one of the oldest forms of healing.
Long before words, vibration was used to restore harmony to the body and spirit. In sound therapy, gentle frequencies invite your mind into deep stillness, allowing blocked energy to soften and flow again. Many describe it as being “bathed” in sound — a journey inward where the nervous system exhales and the soul remembers how to rest.

I have limited availability in January for sound therapy sessions. If you’re feeling called to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and realign with your inner rhythm, this may be your invitation.

✨ Message me to book your session or to receive more details.

What’s happens during a sound therapy session?

I get asked this a lot, and there’s no universal answer, what’s happens is unique as the person experiencing it, but here are some examples below:

Sound has a way of reaching where words cannot.

In a sound therapy session, you may feel:
🌊 Waves of calm washing through you
💫 Tingling vibrations moving across your body
🌙 Old emotions rising, then softly releasing
☁️ A dreamy space between waking + resting

Each journey is unique—sometimes peaceful, sometimes powerful—always guiding you back to balance.

Have you ever let yourself be carried by sound?

I’ll be honest — when I first tried sound therapy, I had no idea what to expect.

I was carrying so much tension in my body, barely sleeping, and my mind just wouldn’t quit spinning. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t seem to really relax.

But during that first session, something shifted. The sounds and vibrations reached places that words and thoughts couldn’t. My body softened, my mind quieted, and I felt this deep calm I didn’t even realize I’d been missing.

Since then, sound therapy has become such an anchor for me. Whenever the sleepless nights, stress, or anxious thoughts creep back in, I turn to sound. And every time, it helps me reset and feel like myself again.

That’s why I decided to start sharing it with others — because I know how good it feels to finally exhale and let it all go.

So if you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just in need of some peace, I’d love for you to join me for a session. It’s gentle, soothing, and honestly… a little magical.

✨ Sessions are every Wednesday at 7pm — just send me a message to book your spot. I’d love to hold this space for you.

✨ Sound Therapy & Anxiety: A Client’s Journey ✨

Recently, I worked with a client who came to me struggling with anxiety. They described the constant racing thoughts, tightness in their chest, and the feeling of being “switched on” all the time. Nothing seemed to quiet their nervous system.

During our first sound therapy session, I guided them into a safe, deeply relaxed space using gentle tones, harmonics, and grounding vibrations. At first, their mind was busy—thoughts coming and going. But as the session unfolded, their breath slowed, their body softened, and they allowed the sounds to carry them into stillness.

Afterwards, they shared something powerful: for the first time in a long while, they felt calm. The buzzing in their head had eased, their heart felt lighter, and their body had released some of the tension it had been holding onto.

Sound therapy doesn’t “erase” anxiety overnight, but it gives the body and mind a chance to reset—to move from fight-or-flight into a place of balance and peace. Over time, these sessions can help create new patterns of relaxation and resilience.

This client now describes sound therapy as their “safe anchor,” a practice that helps them reconnect to themselves whenever life feels overwhelming.

If you’ve been experiencing anxiety, know that you don’t have to go through it alone—sometimes, the right frequencies can help guide you back to calm.

🌿 How Energy Moves During Sound Therapy 🌿

When we experience sound therapy, the vibrations travel through the body, helping us release what no longer serves us and restore balance. This process isn’t just felt in the mind – the body often responds in very real and noticeable ways.

Here are some common experiences people may have during a session, and what they mean:

💧 Tears & Crying
Whether it’s gentle tears, watery eyes, or even a runny nose, this is your body’s natural way of letting go. Emotions stored in the nervous system finally find release, leaving space for peace and clarity.

🍃 Coughing, Sighing, or Yawning
These quick releases are the body’s way of clearing energy in the system. A sigh of relief, a sudden cough, or an unexpected yawn can all be signs that your body is finding its balance again.

🌊 Stomach Gurgles
As energy shifts in the lower body, you might notice sounds similar to a washing machine! This is digestion and energy flow reawakening, often linked to grounding and integration.

⚡ Tingling or Numbness
Energy moving through the body may create sensations of tingles or slight numbness, especially in the hands and feet. This often means energetic pathways are opening and aligning.

🔥 Sweating
The body can physically detox during sound therapy. Sweating may appear when deep emotions such as fear, stress, or anxiety are being released.

🌡️ Temperature Changes
Shifts between feeling warm and cold are common. A sudden flush of heat can indicate a burst of energy, while feeling chilled may signal the release of old, stagnant patterns.

✨ Each of these responses is completely natural. They are signs that your body and energy field are doing the work of cleansing, rebalancing, and healing. No two sessions are ever the same, and your body will always respond in the way it needs most.

🌸 Sound therapy is more than relaxation – it’s a powerful reset for the mind, body, and spirit. 🌸
