Today Marton Funeralcare donated Food and drinks to Guru Nanak's Free Kitchen, Feeding the homeless and the people in need of Middlesbrough areas. Every Sunday 5-6 Guru Nanak's and volunteers serve meals to those in need and we were so happy to help with this and it much appreciated by there team and community.

This morning Melissa from our Marton Funeralcare office joined the members who volunteer as 'Friends of Fairy Dell' to award them with a £200 donation from the Co-op. The team work tirelessly each week to upkeep this beauty spot in our area. This includes the maintenance of footpaths, litter-picking, educational walks with local school children and also archaeological digs in the dell!

We at the Coop had the honor of celebrating VE Day with the lovely residents and care staff at The Willows care home in Middlesbrough, The 3 lovely gentlemen at the front are War Veterans and had some stories to tell us. We had a lovely day thank you xx

19/03/2025 Marton Coop Funeralcare donated £200.00 to help towards a new garden shed to keep their garden nice and tidy for the residents, The staff and residents at Nunthorpe oaks were so very grateful. It was lovely to help them and I know they will appreciate it lots in the spring/summertime xx

On Monday 24th February We visited the lovely Nunthorpe oaks care home with our fantastic Memory box, All the residents really enjoyed going down memory lane with all the old memorable items( so did Joe our Funeral director haha)
