Reiki treatment is a Japanese energy healing technique that aims to reduce stress and promote relaxation to support the body’s natural healing.

How a session usually works • Setting: You stay fully clothed, usually lying on a massage table or sitting in a chair. Calm music and low lighting are common. • Hand positions: The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body in 12-15 positions. Each position is held for 3-5 minutes.
Common areas: head, shoulders, stomach, knees, feet. • What it feels like: Most people report warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or a floating sensation. Some fall asleep. There’s no manipulation, pressure, or massage. •
Length: 60 minutes for a full session. Distance Reiki sessions are also done online. What to Expect During Your First Session:
