This Week at TOTS OF FUN

We had a fantastic time this week showing off our favourite comfy clothes – the children loved coming in feeling cosy and relaxed!🧦🥰

Lots of our TOTS explored making different sounds and discovering new textures with a variety of sensory toys. It was wonderful to see their curiosity as they squeezed, shook, tapped and listened carefully to the different noises they could create 👐🏽✨️

Our play kitchen was a busy hub of activity, with some of the children cooking up delicious meals and proudly serving them to their friends. 👩‍🍳🧀

Meanwhile, Quacky Duck enjoyed a grand tour of the hall – he continues to be a firm favourite with everyone!!🦆🤗

At snack time, we all sat down to enjoy some tasty refreshments, including golden toast, a selection of biscuits, and yummy pancakes🥞☕️

Lastly we had a sing and a dance with the colourful scarves to end a fun-filled session.💃🏻🎶🕺

We can’t wait for more adventures during story day next week!

💛👶🏼 New to TOTS? 👶🏼💛

For those of you who haven’t been before ✨

TOTS OF FUN runs every Tuesday during term time from 9:15am – 10:30am, and we are based at Broughton Moor Primary School ❤️

Drinks and snacks are provided, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own. We kindly ask that all snacks and drinks are NUT FREE 🥜🚫 to help keep all the children within the school extra safe 💕

We would absolutely love for you to come along and join us! ✨💛

✨️📖 NEXT WEEK 📖✨

Next week we’ll be celebrating our very own special version of World Book Day - Story Day!📚💕

We’ll be enjoying playtime, tasty snacks, and lots of wonderful stories together.🍪🦸‍♀️

TOTS are invited to come dressed as a character from your favourite storybook or simply wear your comfiest clothes so you can relax and enjoy our snacks and story time. 🧦🤩

We can’t wait to see you all as we share some super, magical, mystical stories and adventures together! 🌟📖

🥞⭐️TOMORROW⭐️🥞

As you all know, we’re back this week after school was on a little break last week…

Which means we missed one of the most important days of the year… PANCAKE DAY!!! 🥞

But we’re not letting that pass us by!

So tomorrow, come in your comfiest clothes — or even better, your pyjamas — and let’s enjoy some delicious pancakes together at snack time.

We can’t wait to see you all in the morning! 💕

💕Another truly lovely morning at TOTS today 💕

We had so much fun welcoming some new faces & seeing friendships beginning to grow😊🌸

TOTS loved getting creative with our gorgeous valentines berry pictures🍓🎨 and enjoyed plenty of free-play time!🧸🚗

We gathered on the cosy blankets for story time, with the much-loved “Guess How Much I Love You” book 📖🐰 and finished off our morning with a few fun songs 🎶🎤 and lots of happy faces 🌞😁

Thank you to everyone who came along — we loved having you and can’t wait to do it all again next time! 🥰✨

It’s always such a joy to see smiling faces and watch the little ones play, explore, and make new friends. 🤗🥰

It was great to see some new faces, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful community spirit you all bring — playgroup truly wouldn’t be the same without you! 🧸💛

🌞 What a lovely morning we have had today! 🌈✨

Everyone had a great time; role playing shopkeepers at the little kitchen 🍳🛒, tapping toes & making music on the piano mat 🎹, dancing along with the musical instruments 🎶, driving the trucks around 🚛 and exploring lots of sensory toys 🧸💛

The babies enjoyed socialising & holding hands on the cosy mat 🤍, playing happily with each other, while parents and carers relaxed, chatted and enjoyed a hot drink ☕ and some golden toast 🍞✨

We hope to see you all again next week! 😊
And if your tots would like to bring a little friend along with their parents/carers, they are more than welcome! ❤️👶👧👦

✨️Before the holidays, we wrapped up the year with the most magical few weeks leading up to Christmas ❄️🎄

Our final playgroup session before Santa’s visit was bursting with excitement — reindeer making 🦌, adorable handprint keepsakes ✋, dinosaur roars🦕, singing and dancing 🎶💃, cosy naps 😴, yummy snack time 🍪🍼 and of course… the big parachute and balloons to end the session!🌈🎈

But now... the countdown is OVER…
WE ARE BACK this coming week (Tuesday 13th January) and we CAN'T WAIT to see you all! 🤩🙌

We are so excited to welcome everyone back and welcome new faces, for more smiles, laughter, and fun-filled sessions 💕💫

We hope you’ve all had a truly amazing Christmas and a very Happy New Year 🎊🥳

✨️❄️Last week at playgroup was full of cosy fun and wintery excitement! ❄️✨

Our little ones became Arctic rescuers, working together to free different animals from the freezing ice caps, before getting creative and making the cutest little reindeer antlers ❄️🦌🧊

TOTS then gathered to explore and play — from shaking instruments and zooming vehicles to cooking up treats in the little kitchen and discovering much more! The room was full of curiosity, laughter, and imagination! 🚗🎹🥑

At snack time, everyone enjoyed biscuits and warm toast, while parents and carers relaxed with a hot drink and had a chance to chat and connect ☕🤍

A truly lovely session filled with play, warmth, and smiles all round! 🤩

We can't wait to do it all again tomorrow for our last session before we break up for christmas & new year! 🎅🏼🎄

(🦌P.S. the reindeer will be back again this week incase you miss them last week!🦌)

On Tuesday this week we had so much fun getting into the Christmas spirit! 🎅✨

We stuck Santa’s fluffy beard on and created some very fancy snowmen with sparkly sequin buttons ❄️⛄️💖

Can you believe there are only two more playgroup sessions before we break up for Christmas? 😲🎄

We’d absolutely love to see you this coming Tuesday (9th December) — we’ll be making cute little reindeer and freeing the animals from the frozen ice caps! 🦌🤩✨

Come along for some Christmas creativity, plenty of playtime and lovely company ☕️💛
