One of my favourite things to do is to take an hour out of my day for ceremonial cacao. I go through a ritual of choosing my cup, energy cleansing, choosing music, maybe oracle cards and lighting a smelly candle. Then the hour or more is mine 🤎🙏
In that time I drink slowly, I let my mind wander, take notes, process stuff, plan, deep rest (sometimes snooze ). Today I had my cacao after my hydrotherapy session. Resting under my heated blanket on the sofa. My mind was actually pretty active but I made the most of the motivational energy researching a few things.
However you take your cacao, whether it’s in a fun mug, listening to 80s music, feeling the urge to suddenly reorganise your wardrobe…. It’s all ok. There aren’t really any rules. Be flexible and adapt, follow the direction your cacao takes you whether that’s to writing a workshop or sleep.
You can find this cool mug on our website … keeps your cacao warmer for longer, great for me as I can take ages drinking it. Also Ecuadorean happy heart of the forest cacao. Should we introduce ethically sourced sage and Palo Santo on to our website ? Would you guys be interested in purchasing this alongside your cacao with a little instruction link?
