To keep appointments running smoothly and to respect my time as a small business owner, I kindly ask all clients to please read my booking policy before booking. šŸ¤

ā€¢ A 50% non-refundable, transferable booking fee is required for all appointments
ā€¢ Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, less than this will result in the loss of your booking fee.
ā€¢ Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will result in a 100% charge

Consultations are vital in ensuring your treatment is done correctly for you, that products are being used that are suitable for you and that the risk of reaction from any product and or treatment is minimal to none. The aftercare too! Having a wax then being exposed to tanning beds or hot water= burning! Thereā€™s so much more I could say on this but please therapists be responsible and do you consultations and aftercare!!!!
