🔍Looking for 3 lovely models (existing clients only) to help me complete my Indian Head Massage certification.💆🏻‍♂️

👉What’s involved:
✅3 sessions, around 30 minutes each
✅a deeply relaxing, grounding treatment for the scalp, neck and shoulders with lots of nourishing oil
✅total investment of £45 (£15 each)

❓Did you know that something as simple as walking in reverse can bring big benefits to your body? 🚶‍♂️

In Thai yoga massage and sports massage, I often see tight quads, sore knees, and stiff hips. Reverse walking is a fun, low-impact way to strengthen and mobilise these areas between treatments.

👉 Start small: 20–30 steps on a flat surface or treadmill. Move slowly, stay aware, and feel the difference.

👉When your feet are off…so is the rest of your body. 😬

Consider your arches to be your foot’s core. They:
✅ keep you balanced
✅ hold your weight
✅ switch between push-off power and flexibility

❗️Collapsed arches (pronation) and rolled-out arches (supination) create chain-reaction imbalances that lead to tight calves, hamstrings and hips etc.❗️

🙌 Targeted foot mobility, strength and proprioception training paired with sports massage help to release tension and restore movement for long-term change. 😀

🦶When you need extra structural support for persistent and recurrent lower limb issues, you may also need to consider insoles.

😀Thank you all who have volunteered to be case studies for my most recent Thai Foot Massage course. I’m pleased to say I’m now qualified so I can officially offer this wonderfully relaxing treatment. ☺️

👉So, what IS Thai Foot Massage?
It is a relatively new treatment type as it has only been practised for about 25 years in Thailand. It is a combination of techniques from reflexology and Thai Yoga Massage but it isn’t diagnostic like reflexology.

🦶It works on the reflex zones of the feet and it uses some really beautiful techniques on the toes, feet and right up to the knees. ❤️
