ENSO massage therapy for the mind and body Im looking forward to welcoming you soon for your moments of stillness your renewal awaits

I return with deeper purpose, greater wisdom, and a heart full of experience,

Sometimes people don’t realise how much tension they have been carrying… until the body is finally given permission to let go.

Stress, anxiety, grief and overwhelm don’t only live in the mind.
They live in the body too.

In tight shoulders.
Shallow breathing.
A clenched jaw.
Restless sleep.
The feeling of always needing to stay alert.

And when the nervous system has been holding on for a long time, true rest can begin to feel unfamiliar.

That’s why creating a sense of safety matters so much.

Not just physically…
but emotionally too.

At Enso, you are never expected to arrive perfectly composed.

You do not need to hide tears.
You do not need to apologise for emotion.
You do not need to explain everything you are carrying.

Sometimes the body simply needs a calm space…
a quiet moment…
a safe pair of hands…
and permission to soften.

A space where people feel safe enough to soften 🤍

When the nervous system spends too long in survival mode, the body can begin holding tension long after the stressful moment has passed.

Not because your body is working against you
but because it has been trying to protect you. Massage therapy is not a replacement for counselling or trauma support, but alongside those things it can gently support the nervous system by helping the body feel calmer, safer and more regulated again.

Sometimes the body simply needs help remembering that it is safe.

A space where people feel safe enough to soften 🤍

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK • DAY 3

Sometimes the body speaks long before the mind catches up.

The exhaustion.
The tension headaches.
The tight shoulders.
The restless sleep.
The feeling of always needing to stay alert.

So many people are carrying more than they realise.

When the nervous system spends too long in survival mode, true rest can begin to feel unfamiliar.
The body forgets how to fully switch off.

Massage therapy offers more than physical relief.
It offers the nervous system an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and feel supported safely.

A moment where the body no longer has to brace itself quite so tightly.

At Enso, my treatments are designed with calm, care and compassion at the centre of every experience.

A space where people feel safe enough to soften 🤍

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK • DAY 2

The nervous system carries more than we realise.

Stress, grief, anxiety and emotional overwhelm are not only experienced in the mind they are experienced physically within the body too.

When the nervous system spends long periods in survival mode, the body can begin holding tension constantly:
tight shoulders,
jaw clenching,
poor sleep,
shallow breathing,
digestive discomfort,
fatigue,
hypervigilance.

Sometimes people become so used to carrying stress that true rest begins to feel unfamiliar.

Massage therapy is not a replacement for counselling, CBT, EMDR or trauma therapy.
But alongside those supports, it can help create the conditions for safety, regulation and deep exhale.

At Enso, treatments are designed not simply for relaxation, but to support the nervous system gently and compassionately.

Mental Health Awareness Week begins today 🤍

At Enso, we know that stress, anxiety, overwhelm and emotional exhaustion don’t just live in the mind, they live in the body too.

This week is a reminder that you do not have to carry everything alone.

Whether it’s through rest, massage, movement, talking, boundaries, breathwork, or simply asking for support… every small action towards your wellbeing matters.

We’re also grateful to be able to share that we have access to information about a local counselling service in Trowbridge offering up to 8 free counselling sessions for people who are currently working.

If this is something you or someone you know may benefit from, please feel free to message us privately and we’ll happily send the details with complete discretion 🤍

I’m honestly a bit lost for words writing this… I’ve just been named a finalist for Holistic Therapist of the Year 🤍

If you’ve been part of my journey, you’ll know this past year hasn’t been an easy one. Since last January, I’ve moved through one of the most challenging chapters of my life my hysterectomy, the heartbreak of losing my beautiful friend and at the same time, pouring everything I had into building Enso from the ground up.

There were moments I didn’t know how I’d keep going… but somehow, I did.

I truly believe I’ve been held by something bigger than me by angels, by love, by the people around me who never let me fall too far. My family, my friends, every single guest who has walked through the door… you’ve all carried me in ways you probably don’t even realise.

Enso isn’t just a business to me. It’s a space built from healing, from grief, from hope and from a deep, unwavering care for others. Every treatment, every conversation, every moment shared means so much more than I could ever put into words.

To everyone who has supported me, trusted me, and allowed me to do what I love… thank you. Truly.

I care so deeply about this work, and I feel so grateful to be recognised in this way. No matter what happens next, this already means everything.

Here’s to healing, to resilience, and to finding light even in the hardest seasons ✨

All my love
Hannah

You arrive at Enso for a peaceful spa evening… but the therapists are young, slightly unhinged, and definitely not trained 🤣

Featuring my dream team:
A 5-year-old with zero boundaries
A 16-year-old that wants to glow
And my partner… who may or may not been slightly abused

It’s chaotic. It’s loud. It’s definitely not relaxing…
But somehow, the job still gets done 💆‍♀️✨

Real talk though, behind every calm, grounded treatment I offer, there’s a whole lot of real life, laughter, and love that keeps me balanced.

This is your reminder that relaxation doesn’t have to be perfect… sometimes it’s found right in the middle of the madness 🤍

Come have a playful (and slightly informative) couple of minutes with me… and Marion (upside down) 🎤🌿

I’m answering some of the most common questions about
The Stillpoint Circle, my monthly wellness membership designed to support your nervous system, your body, and your overall sense of calm.

It’s a little lighthearted…
a little honest…
and very much in the spirit of how I like to hold this work, gently, but without taking ourselves too seriously.

Behind the humour, this is about something deeper:
creating a consistent space for you to slow down, regulate, and be supported.

If you’ve been curious about what the Circle is, how it works, or whether it’s for you this is a lovely place to start 🤍

£120 per month
Limited spaces available

DM me STILLPOINT if you’d like to join or ask any questions ✨

Today’s open day at Enso Massage Therapy meant more to me than I can fully put into words.

To everyone who came along, shared kind words, booked treatments, supported, or simply showed up with good energy thank you. Truly.

Building this space has been a journey of intention, healing, and growth, and seeing it filled with such warmth and connection today was incredibly special.

I’ll be going to sleep tonight with a very full heart 🤍

Grateful for each and every one of you.

A little favour to ask… 🌿

If you’ve ever had a treatment with me at Enso, I’d love to hear about your experience.

Massage isn’t always something you can see
but it’s something you feel.

If you’re happy to share, send me a message with:
✨ How you felt before your treatment
✨ How you felt afterwards
✨ And how your body felt in the days that followed

Your words really help others feel confident booking their first session 🤍

Thank you so much for your support, it means everything….. Hannah xx
