If rejection spirals leave you exhausted, ashamed, or stuck in overthinking for hours, this is exactly the work inside RSD Reset.

Not a fixed programme. Not a quick transformation.

A set of tools and supports designed to meet you
inside the spiral, not after it.

Across the RSD Reset (Trigger Map, Toolkit, course & group coaching), we move from:

confusion → understanding your patterns
panic → supporting your nervous system through the surge
rumination → interrupting loops without shame
self-blame → unlearning the “it must be me” narrative

And towards:

-awareness
-regulation
-boundaries
-reclaiming your ADHD identity

✨ You don’t need to become less sensitive. You need support that honours how your brain & body already work.

DM me RSD RESET if you want to explore the tools and find what fits for you.

RSD reset: This is the regulation phase of the RSD Reset.

Bring the tools together.

This is exactly what we focus on in the regulation phase of my 12 Week RSD Reset:

nervous system resets
emotional naming
cognitive reframing
rumination interruption

Because once you can regulate the spiral, rejection stops running the whole story.

RSD reset: You do not need to solve the thought.

Not every thought needs:

analysis
fixing
a follow-up message
an apology tour

Sometimes the kindest thing you can do is interrupt the loop.

Walk away.
Voice-note it out.
Write the unsent reply.
Move your body.
Change sensory input.

✨ Closure doesn’t always come from certainty.
Sometimes it comes from choosing not to keep feeding the spiral.

RSD reset: The conversation ended. Your brain didn’t.

One of the hardest parts of RSD is what happens after the moment.

The text has been sent.
The meeting is over.
The feedback is done.

But your brain is still:

replaying
rewriting
predicting
preparing for fallout

Inside the RSD Reset, we practise rumination interruption tools so the conversation stops living rent-free in your head.

✨ Replaying isn’t reflection when it becomes punishment.

Do you replay texts, calls, or meetings more?

RSD reset: Your first thought isn’t always the truth.

The first thought is often your nervous system’s fastest prediction.

The second thought is where your self-awareness lives.

The work isn’t stopping the first story.

It’s building trust in your ability to gently question it.

That’s the difference between:

automatic shame
intentional response

RSD reset: What else could this mean?

A delayed reply doesn’t always mean:

They’re annoyed.

A short email doesn’t always mean:

You’ve done something wrong.

Inside the RSD Reset, we work on cognitive reframing:
learning to pause the brain’s first threat story & explore other possibilities.

Examples:

they’re busy
they’re tired
they’re brief with everyone
nothing is wrong

✨ Reframing isn’t toxic positivity.
It’s giving your brain more than one story.

What’s the story your brain tells first?

RSD reset: The moment language changes the spiral

The moment many clients shift is when they stop saying:

“I’m overreacting.”

And start saying:

“I’m feeling exposed.”
“I’m feeling dismissed.”
“I’m feeling uncertain.”

That tiny shift turns panic into understanding.

And understanding is where change begins.

RSD reset: Not everything is rejection.Sometimes what we call rejection is actually:shamefearembarrassmentgriefangerunce...

RSD reset: Not everything is rejection.

Sometimes what we call rejection is actually:

shame
fear
embarrassment
grief
anger
uncertainty

One of the most powerful tools in the RSD Reset is emotional naming.

Because when every difficult feeling gets labelled as “they’re rejecting me”, the spiral deepens.

Naming the actual emotion creates space.

From:

“Everything is awful”

To:

“This is fear.”
“This is disappointment.”
“This is shame.”

✨ Naming reduces the chaos.

Which emotion hides underneath RSD for you most often?
