My philosophy is to create a safe space for women that is unrushed and personal. The Elemental Woman promotes self care and time-out, for women, who often put themselves last. I have a passion for supporting women to be and feel the best version of themselves during times of great change, this could be, preparing themselves for pregnancy, self care during pregnancy, including education and preparation for labour and their birth, support at the birth itself and nurturing post-natally. These events are huge for a woman and her family and the care, respect and compassion she has at this time is crucial, in fact, it will be something she remembers for the rest of her life! So women deserve great care !

Approaching another change is the Menopause, women often feel anxious and isolated as they evolve from one season of their life into a new one, often accompanied by life altering events, it is a time that women can benefit from self care guidance and nurturing healing.

The Elemental Woman is a service for women and is a combination of the learning and skills I have collected over the years. You could say I have come full circle ! Returning to holistic therapies and massage, where I started, with the addition of skills from Midwifery,Health Visiting practice and life as a mum and now grandma !
