Am gyfle i ennill 2 wers Pilates 1-1 naill ai ar y Reformer neu ar y Mat ar-lein,
rhannwch y post a gadewch sylw;
ydych chi wedi blino trio bob dim i gael gwared â'ch bol a'ch cluniau trwchus? Yda chi yn teimlo eich bod chi wedi ceisio popeth.
Ydych chi eisiau gallu gwisgo beth bynnag rydych chi eisiau'r haf hwn a derbyn canmoliaethau am sut mor anhygoel rydych chi'n edrych?
Mae gen i'r ateb ac NID yw'n ddeiet arall.

💫I celebrate my client's wins with as much enthusiasm as if they were my own.
One of my wonderful clients had an amazing 7th Reformer session today, she has progressed so much.

💫Rwy’n dathlu llwyddiannau fy nghleientiaid gyda chymaint o frwdfrydedd a pe baent yn un fi.
Mi nath un or merchaid neud yn wych heddiw yn ei 7fed sesiwn Pilates, mae hi wedi altro gymaint.

Mi o ni yn teimlo nad oedd gena fi yr amser na yr egni i ymarfer corff.
Wrth i mi ymarfer yn llai aml, dechreuodd fy nillad deimlo'n dynn.
O ni yn gwbod bod rhaid i mi wneud newidiadau, felly penderfynais roi'r gorau i:

- Mynd i'r gampfa i ymarfer corff.
- Gweithio allan am gyfnodau hir.
- Gwneud yr un ymarfer dro ar ôl tro.

Yn lle hynny, dechreuais:

- Ymarfer adra ac yn yr awyr iach
- Amrywio fy nghynllun ymarfe.
- Ymarfer am llai o amser
- Ymgorffori ymarferion ysgafn.
- Rheoleiddio fy system nerfol.

O ganlyniad nes i ddechra teimlo yn fwy egniol ac yn gyffrous i ymarfer.
Hefyd, des i'n fwy tonnog ac yn gryfach nag erioed, gyda synnwyr newydd o dawelwch.

Os ydych chi eisiau dod yn gryfach ac yn fwy main ac yn barod i wneud y gwaith, rwy'n lansio tanysgrifiad misol i helpu merched fel chi i ddod yn gryfach, yn deneuach, ac yn gweddu'n well i'w hoff ddillad.

I use to struggle with finding the energy and motivation to exercise after a long day at work in the pharmacy.
Maybe I am lazy.
Until I realised this wasn’t the real issue.

👉🏻Once I change my exercise routine from running and strenuous exercise at the gym to Pilates.

* I became much more sculpted than ever before.

* I had more energy after the workout.

* I felt calmer.

* My body confidence increased dramatically.

Now I look forward to exercising.
