I am a soft tissue therapist that specialises in Sports Injury and remedial Massage, I offer holistic treatments, deep tissue massage, reflexology and hot stone massage. Hi, my name is Paula Shears and I have qualified from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). I have gained valuable experience living in South-East Asia for 12 years in holistic massage, learning from world leading specialists. I have shared my knowledge by teaching others what I've learnt back in the UK. My passion for massage has led me to further my skills by studying Sports Massage in an established College in London (LSSM). Now newly qualified, I wish to turn my passion into a career. After an initial injury assessment, I provide advanced treatment techniques, remedial therapy and professional advice. Sessions provided intend to enhance recovery, prevent injury and improve posture and function. Initial Assessment (half an hour) plus treatment Β£45 . Sports Injury Session - Β£40 per hour

Holistic Session - Β£40 per hour
