✨ I’ve had the best Tropic trip to Costa Nav—feeling so full of gratitude and inspiration! 💚

Today has been another gorgeous day of treatments in my little yurt sanctuary, and honestly, I just keep pinching myself. Every time I get five minutes, I lie on the bed, listen to my music, hear the birds outside, and just breathe it all in.

It’s in those quiet moments I’m reminded how lucky I am to do what I love, surrounded by nature and beautiful souls. 🌿
