HAPPY ST.DAVID'S DAY, PATRON SAINT OF WALES - St. David was a monk in Wales and died on March 1st 589. He founded a monastery, was a vegetarian, a healer, promoted recycling, and performed miracles. He cared for the natural world. David had much less of a carbon footprint than we have today.
