We are going to a special hunters moon sound yoga meditation with Nadia Kriya in Heraklion, Crete tonight. Wherever you are take time to re-centre and honour the cycle of nature governed by the moon. Tonight we will see the Hunters Moon, a supermoon that shines brighter and appears larger as it is closer than usual to Earth 🌕

The full moon is a powerful and intense time, often marked by hightened emotions and energetic changes. Yoga practice can attune to lunar phases, helping us find our balance🌙

Humata yoga sessions are uniquely designed to reflect natures cycles and this week I'm teaching Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation)

Weekly public classes begin on 2nd November.

Suitable for all abilities, equipment and props for adaptations are provided. Why not give it a go?
