Today we celebrate International World Health Day, we remember to look at the more holistic approach; Looking after our minds with meditation, etc, helps us to live a healthier life.
We must remember that healing of whatever modality is not a stand alone and is complimentary to the medication we sometimes need to be well for longer!
So on this day especially we send gratitude to all those people who are involved in keeping us healthy! 💕🙏💕

This Easter Monday, be mindful that our feelings are transient and out of the darkness comes the light.
Controlling your breath, can steady our thoughts and calm the emotions and become our anchor in times of stress!

Hope you are enjoying your Easter Saturday, whatever it is you are doing!
This morning has been busy but lovely, starting with a wedding rehearsal and a few little jobs. We have just managed to sit down for coffee now.
So here’s what is going on at The Elite Christian Spiritualist Church, Middlesbrough:
Please, note that on Easter Sunday church opens at 5:30pm for a cuppa and chat, 6pm Spiritual Healing and at 6:30pm Divine Service is with our very own James, The Heartfelt Healer,
Easter Monday at 6pm Twilight Yoga (£5)
Wednesday at 6:30pm Cuppa and Chat, 7pm Healing and at 7:30pm Open Circle,
