As we step into a fresh cycle of the year, I’m wishing you moments of calm, strength, laughter, love and deep lovely breaths along the way. May this new beginning feel spacious, nourishing & inspiring both on and off the mat.
Yoga brings you more and more awareness of not only your body but also your thoughts. I originally started going to yoga classes to find a bit of calm in my overactive, overthinking mind. At the time I was a busy secondary & sixth form teacher of languages. Fast forward to today, my body, my mind, my spirit, my life transformed through the magic of yoga.
Yoga is a beautiful way to help you enjoy life to the full as well as be with the lows and the difficult times. Yoga helps you to stay present and enjoy the simple moments of fun and love in your life. Yoga also helps you deal with the tougher times and to take each step as it comes.
