3 weeks post show with and safe to say we are holding onto some decent condition through this 6 week health phase.

Post show is probably harder than prep when want to eat everything in sight and hunger is at an all time high but remaining consistent during this phase and maintaining a good level of condition sets you up well for a productive off season. Food is now at 3500 calories and only 0.5kg up on stage weight so nearly time to push this up a level🔥🔥

is now taking in additional clients whether looking to compete or simply a lifestyle client looking for accountability so now is the time to act if wanna join this amazing team 👌👌

Considering I only decided to compete in December last year and only wanted to get on stage to fill an ambition this ambition let me to winning the First timers show in June providing me with an invite the The British Finals and I can tell you having competed again this weekend I well and truly have the bug and love the whole experience of competing and very happy with the top 6 finish we gained but not its time to reset, recover and under the guidance of the genius that is we will start to grow and plan for next season where we will bring a whole new level of stage presence and a very competitive package to compete at the top 🔥🔥🔥🔥 so for now that’s it for the season but keep your eyes out for next season coz we are not here to make up the numbers next year 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Let’s go 🔥🔥🔥🔥

So 5 days post show and holding on to some good condition 👌 only 2.5kg up on my show day weight and still had couple days off plan where I ate what I wanted to eliminate my craving but now we fully back on plan with goals set in place for next year.
6 weeks health phase now underway with where we want to hold onto as much of this condition as possible leaving us in a good position leading into the off season and time to grow 🔥🔥
Very excited to see what we package we will be bringing to the stage next year 👀👀👀👀

So yesterday I competed British Finals and gained a top 6 placement in what was a very stacked lineup of 15 good lads. Considering this is only my 2nd time ever stepping on stage and having time to let this sink in then I feel this is a very good achievement 💪🏼💪🏼 prep this time was a lot more gruesome and challenging but having the right people around me and some amazing friends I got through it and made this massive step forward.

There are many people I need to thank but first and foremost is my amazing wife .wood.180 as I know that during times in this prep I have been a b***ard but being the amazing woman she is and knowing what it meant for me to get to these finals she has bitten her tongue and been my rock all the way through and got me over the finish line ❤️❤️

Also my amazing friends that have also been there day in and day out pushing me and motivating me Kev lang plus anyone I may have not mentioned here you all know who you are.

Then there are also the amazing people that have also helped me and provided me with some amazing advice towards the end of prep when we didn’t think I would be ready but again you know exactly who you are and it’s much appreciated and something I will never forget so thank you 🙏🙏

Now rant over, had my blow out last night with pizzas and kebabs but now its straight back to it to develop on my weaknesses and grow for the foreseeable so that next season we come back bigger and better design of myself and see what we can achieve. EXCITING TIMES 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

The time has finally arrived 💪🏼 I will be competing in the British Finals this Sunday. Now it’s time to wind down, relax and load up on some carbs to fill this tank up and see what package we can bring to the stage. LETS GO 💪🏼💪🏼

Happy Birthday to this amazing woman I am so proud to call my wife .wood.180 😍😍😍😍
This year we have had 2 amazing holidays making lots of memories and had lots of fun but she has also been there as my rock as always supporting me through my 2 preps and been there for me when I’ve felt drained keeping me motivated to carry on xx I know I haven’t told you enough babe but I appreciate all your support you have given me ### 11 days to go then we can go out and have some good meals I CANT WAIT ###x I love you more than the world.😍😍😍😍
