What's not to love about losing weight the slimming world way?!!

All this food as part of the plan. All what we call free food too, when cooked without added oil.

Free food can be eaten without limits throughout your day, no counting, no weighing, just yummy food that fills your belly properly.. its easy to lose weight and stick to plan when your not hungry or depriving yourself.

Come to one of my groups and find out just how easy it really is. Stick to plan amd you can lose 4, 6 even 7 lbs in your first week.

Wow! We are back to in person opportunity events and what a wonderful venue to return to!!
This Sunday 1st May, we will be hosting our informal day of opportunities at the lovely Queen Elizabeth Country Park 10am-1pm where you can come along for an inspirational morning and hear everything you need to know about the role of a Slimming World Consultant and the local opportunities we have.

Losing weight is not all about food, in some ways it can be a small part off it.
The secret for a successful journey is your mind set, looking within to ask those very difficult questions.
What am i doing? How have i let it go this fair? I will never lose the weight? I can't eat this or that? I can't stick to it? If this question sound finally, them slimming world is the place to help you. We not only belive but we no, that the psychology behind slimming is the key.
So take a deep breath and walk though that door to take a change on changing your life.
