Hi, I am Tanya, owner of Just Be Counselling Pembrokeshire.
I work with couples and individuals from all paths of life in my practice in Milford Haven or on video or on the phone.
I specialise in trauma counselling but I also have extensive experience in helping clients with anxiety, low self esteem, identity issues, relationships, boundaries, loss of purpose and meaning and all manner of life events.

Happy Birthday to us. 🎂 Just Be Counselling started 5 years ago in Llantwit Major. Now we are in the Vale of Glamorgan and in Pembrokeshire offering counselling to individuals and couples and supervision to counsellors and trainee counsellors.

Just Be Counselling started five years ago! A lot has changed since then, but our ethos remains - we're here to listen.
