Hi I’m Barbara, a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Milngavie. I have two young children and spent many years working in an office. My background is in running (lot of marathons 😅) and triathlons.
I have some spaces available for one-to-one coaching. I work from a private gym in Milngavie so sessions are usually pretty quiet. I can also see people at home.
