I should really post more often but I've got out of habit and life gets in the way and I forget, who is with me on this! I held a really lovely monthly restorative session last night and should have advertised it along with the other classes I do weekly but do I really get the return on investment of time and effort when I only really get new clients by recommendation or word of mouth, which is great.

Anyway here are my weekly classes, don't be shy please come and join me I promise they will be fun, energising and relaxing all at the same time, everyone is welcome:

Mon 8-8.45pm JD Gym Winterhill
Tues 6-7pm Zoom from the comfort of your own home
Wed 6-7pm Bletchley Leisure Centre
Fri 9.30-10.30am Bletchley Leisure Centre
Fri 12-12.45pm just 45mins in your lunch break to get your body moving ready for the weekend

Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props like bolsters and blankets to fully support the body in poses held for an extended period, typically 5 minutes or more. The practice emphasises deep relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation, making it ideal for rest, healing, and cultivating stillness in mind and body.

Wear comfortable clothes or feel free to wear your pj's and bring pillows, blankets and cushions.😴😴😴

Sunday vibes
Just a picture of me. No makeup, in my pj's in the living room about to practice my yoga class for the week where we are focusing on the hands (Hasta Bandha), which can strengthen the wrists and is energetically linked to the heart chakra Anahata; and feet (Pada Bandha) connecting the body to the earth giving you a strong foundation through the feet.
If you want to move with me I teach Hatha flow classes in person in the Milton Keynes area and on Zoom, and I am also hosting a restorative yoga session on zoom this Thursday evening 16th October 🙏

Come and join me and get cozy in your comfies, in the comfort of your own home, using pillows, cushions, blankets, etc, holding poses for up to 10 minutes.

Hi, Ive just finished my Friday lunchtime zoom class which was in the glorious sunshine and here is my setup where I teach in the dining room.
So I thought I would introduce myself...
⚛️ I'm a 50 something yoga teacher based in the Milton Keynes area, I teach mainly in gyms and on Zoom and my style is Hatha flow.
⚛️ I'm originally from the Fylde coast in Lancashire in a little place called Thornton Cleveleys near Blackpool. I used to be a PA but got made redundant in March.
⚛️ I recently finished my Level 1 Reiki training and starting level 2 practitioner course in October 💫
⚛️ I'll be starting a Menopause yoga class in Bletchley Leisure Centre on 23rd September at 11.30-12.30pm, you can book via the Leisure centre.
⚛️ I will also hosting a restorative yoga class on zoom in 25th September 6-7.30pm, so if you feel like getting cosy with pillows, blankets etc in the comfort of your own home then this is for you
