Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props like bolsters and blankets to fully support the body in poses held for an extended period, typically 5 minutes or more. The practice emphasises deep relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation, making it ideal for rest, healing, and cultivating stillness in mind and body.
Wear comfortable clothes or feel free to wear your pj's and bring pillows, blankets and cushions.π΄π΄π΄
