We are seeking to recruit a Care Coordinator based in Milton Keynes. A person with the right values, attitude and shares our values and ethos.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will strive to deliver the best possible service for the people we support.
CourtCare Flexi Ltd is a friendly organisation that offers support to children and young adults with various needs.
Our main focus for this job role is to find a person who can give their best. No two days are the same .

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and Schedule appointments and rosters.
- Undertake supervisions, inductions and spot checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with different clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans for service users.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in a similar role, in a health care or domiciliary care setting preferred.
- Stron organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient in care systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
