Hi all,
Milton Keynes Adult ADHD Support Group’s next meet-up will be on Wed 6th May, from 6-9pm. The venue is MK11 Live Music Venue, Kiln Farm.
The meet-up is a laid-back social event where you can come and meet others with ADHD.
For May, Pat Fogarty from SessionzServices.com will be giving a talk:
"Organised Chaos: Working without working memory”.
ADHD can have a significant impact on working memory. This can cause problems with completing tasks and staying on track, both at home and at work.
Pat runs his own business, which includes providing DJ lessons, music production lessons, and 1-2-1 ADHD Support.
On top of this, he works a day job, and is the organiser of Milton Keynes Adult ADHD Support Group
Pat has had to create systems and routines to make sure he can keep on top of everything, and he'll be sharing some of his approaches.
The talk will start at 7pm, please arrive early, and make sure to confirm your attendance in advance.
Full details can be found on the website. This includes:

We have 2 different areas of the venue that we may be in, ‘Lower Bar’ and ‘The Venue’. This month we will be in the VENUE area. Please check our website for information on finding it.
