Meal prep for the week (only in work 4 days this week)

Nandos marinade chicken, roasted broccoli and roasted potatoes 🤌🏻 I didn’t count calories I just made sure the majority of my meal was protein and I’m gonna see how I get on this week.

I may have stunk out the kitchen at work by reheating my broccoli but it was tasty so never mind 🤣

First day back at work in over a month today 🥴 and I still managed to go to training and cook myself something relativel...

First day back at work in over a month today 🥴 and I still managed to go to training and cook myself something relatively healthy for dinner! Spicy chicken, spinach, peppers and noodles 🤤 only just eating now but it’s UNREAL

Stayed up until 4am the other night doing random bits of DIY with my mum so made a quick easy dinner that tasted BANGING 🤯

Very spicy chicken (from Iceland so not exactly the healthiest) in mini wraps with nandos chilli jam and hardly any potatas bravas 🤤

Didn’t calorie count this because I ended up eating at 10pm because we were so busy but much healthier than a frozen pizza which was my second option 🤣

Veggie Spag bol the other night 🤤

I think it was about 500 calories so not one of my healthiest dinners but it was freshly made and it was banging (even my mum liked it and she HATES quorn)

Used passata, tomato purée, onions, peppers, carrots, a load of seasonings, an unnecessary amount of chillies, way too much garlic, quorn mince and wholewheat fusilli with 5g of parmigiano reggiano 🍝

I’M BAAAACK

So I had a long time off because I had a lot of life changes but I am back and more ready than ever. This isn’t about dieting and losing weight quickly, it’s about educating myself on macros, exercise, what my body actually needs and not thinking of food as a chore rather than fuel for energy to do the exercises I love to lose the weight I need to lose.

This (slightly burnt) meal was 437 calories including my iced coffee and tasted unreal 😋

Really enjoying my meals at the moment which is weird for me so thought I’d post it 🤷🏼‍♀️
Breakfast was a green smoothie (forgot to take a pic but it looked like sludge anyway but it was really good)
Lunch was a spinach and cheese omelette - not sure omelettes are supposed to look slightly burnt but we move
Dinner was my version of a takeaway fish and chips and it was a solid 10/10 🤤

Today’s lunch: Avocado on toast with chilli salt and tomatoes - 417 calories 🥑 🤤

Had a couple of weeks off from posting because I didn’t really know what to do with myself, I was exercising quite a bit, going to my PT sessions like normal but my weight wasn’t changing at all (I even put on a couple of lbs lol)

I’ve done a lot of research over the past week and the girls on the plan have helped me work out where I was going wrong. I need to be eating 1500 calories a day whilst exercising to see a difference, which I was definitely not doing before - I regularly ate too little thinking it would help me drop weight quick, as well as eating too much when I would just give up and think nothing’s ever going to work so my body was probably like WTF is going on 🤣

Somehow it took me until I was 22 to know what I should be eating but at least I know now 🥴 I restarted the 90 day shred this morning - and will be finishing it this time - and hopefully will be back soon and I can get some sort of normality back in my life! Looking forward to actually seeing some changes now I kind of know what I’m doing 😋

Very simple weetabix and fruit from meal plan today. Just posted it cos it looks pretty.

Can’t wait to get started on the workouts while I’m at home and start seeing some changes 💃🏼
