I haven’t run an event in a while… but this one has been sitting on my heart for some time 💗
This International Women’s Day, 8th March, I’m bringing together some truly brilliant local women’s health and wellness businesses for a daytime event designed to support, educate, and connect women in a really meaningful way.
This isn’t about overwhelm or medical jargon.
It’s about real conversations, trustworthy advice, and practical support you can actually use in your everyday life.
We’ll be gathering from 12–3pm at the Mercure Hotel, with free parking, food, drinks (yes, a little bubbly 🥂), raffle prizes, and plenty of heart-warming connection.
If you’ve been craving clarity, reassurance, or simply space to focus on your health – this is for you.

💕 Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about romantic relationships alone.

Self-love in healthcare looks like listening to your body, booking appointments, asking questions, and not ignoring symptoms when something feels off. It’s about choosing care, not convenience.

Looking after your health is one of the most meaningful acts of care you can give yourself.

The most impactful benefits are the ones employees actually use.

This women’s health incentive gives female staff access to clear, practical guidance on real health topics, delivered in a respectful, supportive way, without judgement or pressure.

It’s not about telling women what to do.

It’s about giving them information, options, and confidence.

Many employers tell us they want to support women better, this is a simple, thoughtful way to do exactly that.

❤️ Your heart is influenced by more than just numbers.

Chronic stress, poor sleep, hormonal changes, and long-term pressure all affect cardiovascular health, particularly for women.

Small, consistent habits such as prioritising rest, managing stress, gentle movement, and balanced nutrition can have a meaningful impact.

Heart health is built daily, not only in appointments.

We ask about mood because mental health is health.

Talking is part of treatment, not something to apologise for.

What are you doing on 27th Feb 9.30-11am??

Well…

We’re running a perimenopause event online that we’d love you to come and join!

I’ve been invited by the lovely Kim Wiseman to talk around perimenopause so you can get your questions answered. This is especially for you if you feel lost, confused or dismissed when it comes to your hormones.

Whether you’re a new mum, or a veteran, you’re most welcome! You don’t even need to leave the house!

🗣️ Time to Talk Day reminds us that mental health is not separate from physical health.

Mood changes, anxiety, low motivation, or feeling overwhelmed are often linked to hormones, sleep, stress, and life transitions, particularly for women. Coping isn’t the same as feeling well.

Talking about how you feel is not a weakness. It’s often the first step towards understanding what your body needs and getting the right support.
