You start yoga thinking, “I just want to get a bit more flexible…”
But no one tells you yoga is hard — really hard.
It takes practice.
It takes consistency.
You’ll plateau.
You’ll fall in love with it… and maybe fall out of love too.
But the journey? So worth it.
Because yoga makes you stronger — in your body and your mind.
And yes, it will make you more flexible… not just physically,
but in the way you see life, handle challenges, and move through the world.
