September has been all about PLAYFUL poses 

This month we’ve shaken things up with Dolphin, Half Moon, Warrior III, balance sequences, and even Wild Thing. 

It’s been incredible watching you step outside your comfort zone — wobbling, laughing, surprising yourselves, and finding the version of each pose that works for your body. 

We’re building strength, flexibility, and maybe even realising just how amazing our bodies truly are as they navigate these new shapes. 

As we roll into the last week of September, expect a few more playful poses to pop up. We’ll laugh, maybe get a little frustrated, but always leave feeling accomplished — and knowing that next time, it might just come a little easier. 

Who’s ready to finish September strong and a little wobbly.

Last week, we slowed things down with a balance of yang and plenty of yin—giving ourselves time to reconnect, stretch deeply, and let the body reset. This week, we’ll bring a little more energy back in, still moving with care and intention, while exploring some playful poses to spark joy.
