From working in top hotel chains in Mumbai, to established UK restaurants, Dhiraj has a wealth of experience in all types of cuisines and now uses his knowledge to ensure residents receive the very best food!

This week we’re supporting National Apprenticeship Week by celebrating people completing apprenticeship courses across the Excelcare Family and their mentors.

We are starting the week with some words from our Head of Learning and Development, Cintia Iannazzone, who is responsible for overseeing the apprenticeship programs currently being completed and supporting learners to achieve excellence in their studies.

New members of the Excelcare Family in Milton Keynes recently joined a foundation week training session led by Milton Keynes Learning & Development Partner, Rebecca.

Foundation weeks not only help to create connections between people working in different homes, but also provide people with information about the visions and values we uphold here at Excelcare.

It was a very informative week that was well received by our new family members.
