We do heal, it's a long journey but here's my healing techniques-

Nature lots of it, being in the present moment allows us to connect with our selves an our hells. We struggle from fear of the future ahead an anxiety of the past behind us but in nature mostly we are always safe, blessed, an that can bring us hope for better times.

Self love, this can be in a variety of forms the standard personal hiegine an care practices but taking it up a notch an going the extra mile, making sure you make it talor made to your body mind an souls extra needs. Vanilla scent produces happiness chemicals, herbal teas have an effect on our digestive system ect. An meditation affirmations yoga an things are good for the soul.

Goal setting write down what you want, I mean everything, each day try to do something an you'll do something for the things you can do when you can, an sooner or later you gain a momentum an can look back from a better place proud! X
