Hi 🙋♀️ We’re currently sitting at the airport in Rome 🇻🇦 and waiting for our flight home ✈️🏡
It was an intense trip. Lots of walking 🚶♀️➡️🚶♂️➡️ and sightseeing 🕍💒🏟️🏰 but also lots of eating 🍝🍕🥪🥒🍅🍦 and drinking ☕️🍷🍻🍹(not just water) 😜
In the past, after a trip like this, I’d get frustrated when I saw that I weighed more, and to comfort myself, I’d indulge in sweets 🍫🍭🍿🍟 and chips 🥨 along with other foods that had no nutritional value 🌭🍔🍟🍕. After a while, I’d try to change something, but I didn’t really know what to do and didn’t see any results. Constant fatigue demotivated me, and it was just a vicious cycle 🫠🫨
But now I’m no longer afraid to step on the scale ⚖️ after such a trip. I know what to eat 🥗🥑🍅🍎🍓🥦🍗 and when, to quickly get rid of those extra pounds. It takes me less time ⏳🕰️ because I don’t have to think too much about what to eat.
Thanks to the changes in habits that we’ve been practicing for a while, we were able to enjoy beautiful Rome from morning to evening, without constantly thinking about finding a place to sit down or going back to the hotel to lie down because we were tired 🛏️🥱😴
