I am a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Clinical Pilates for Low Back Pain Sufferers. What a week in clinic last week!!

King's Therapy welcomed new Pilates clients both for 1:1 Sessions and In person Class. Monthly maintenance clients in to help keep their backs in tip top shape!

Business Strategy calls and in person meetings with my Mastermind groups and business colleagues.

New Physio client gave with chronic neck and shoulder tension 45 mins later all gone!

1:1 Pilates clients attending their weekly and monthly sessions getting stronger and more flexible from their sessions with me!

Then there are my Holistic clients who come to see me for relaxing Ylang Ylang and Patchouli Full Body Massages, Indian Head Massage and Yoga Nidra working on my clients subconscious minds and rewiring their thoughts and beliefs which in turn change their reality instantly!

I really do love my diversity of work and clients.

This week I have the following appointments available...

Tuesday 16th 10-10.30am & 10.45-11.15am
Wednesday 17th 9.30-10am & 7.30-8pm
Thursday 18th 1-1.30pm, 1.45-2.15pm & 2.30-3pm

There is still time to book my Sacred Soul Session for this Sunday 9.30-1.30pm a half day of Reiki, Chakra Rebalancing, Breathwork/Meditation and Yin Yoga Movements to help you ground yourself, take some time out for your self to relax and heal your nervous system. Reconnect.
