Our inner world is always shifting…
from calm… to chaos… to clarity again.
One moment, it’s sunny—you feel grounded.
The next, dark clouds start to form and the thunder hits…
you’re overwhelmed, anxious, overstimulated, reactive.
And you find yourself wondering, why am I like this?
In the middle of the storm,
it’s so easy to believe this is who I am.
To let emotions—anger, sadness, numbness, avoidance drive your actions and decisions.
But it’s not.
It’s just your inner weather shifting. 🌧️
Frustration turns into anger.
Anger softens into sadness.
Sadness opens into reflection.
And sometimes… even growth.
Emotions don’t stay still.
They unfold. They move. They pass.
Just like the weather.
And no matter how intense the storm feels…
we know one thing is always true:

So instead of fighting what you feel,
learn to sit with it, understand it,
and let it move through you.
