It's December class planning time with the help of my very pawsome assistant 🐾🧘🏻‍♀️

From tomorrow we'll be focusing on the Solar Plexus chakra, which mostly involves core work, as Sagittarius season (fire element) is well under way.

Don't forget to get your space below!

Hatha yoga: Mondays 5.30-6.30pm
Chair yoga: Saturdays 9.30-10.15am
