It's December class planning time with the help of my very pawsome assistant 🐾🧘🏻‍♀️

From tomorrow we'll be focusing on the Solar Plexus chakra, which mostly involves core work, as Sagittarius season (fire element) is well under way.

Don't forget to get your space below!

Hatha yoga: Mondays 5.30-6.30pm
Chair yoga: Saturdays 9.30-10.15am

Hello October 🍂

Our theme for this month is air, which is all about mobility and the heart chakra.

It is also time to introduce moon salutations, as the days are getting shorter and these are more adequate for this time of year, instead of sun salutations.
