There’s a stigma about boys, men and yoga which we are always trying to break 👊🏼

Our classes are well attended by boys who love the fun, interactive, playful yoga we run. But it’s definitely harder to encourage boys in as they get older…until they see the pictures of well known sports people practising yoga! 🤩

Yoga makes your body and mind stronger and whatever your gender, age, race, ability, it’s never too young (or old) to start 😉

The wonderful Liz!!! 🤩

I met Liz exactly 2 years ago when I went to my first meditation class back in January 2024. I wanted to start my meditation journey and Liz was the perfect teacher to guide me. She is a mum of 2 young children herself and brings spirituality, warmth, so much gentleness and with her background in meditation and mindfulness she is a brilliant addition to our team 🙏🏼

Thank you to everyone who has supported Starshine Yoga this year 🙏🏼

We ran so many fantastic classes and some awesome special events, like our first yoga day retreat for mini yogis! 🌳

But as always the biggest gratitude goes to our amazing team 🤩
