Building Healthy Habits

Nourishing your body with whole foods can improve your mood and energy levels. What simple swaps can you make in your diet to create a healthier you?
When clients present with high anxiety, one of my first questions is about their diet. Highly processed foods, soda drinks, and alcohol can all create anxious feelings in the body. I currently have one nutritionist that I recommend, and I am looking to meet with some more. I worked have worked with a nutritionist for testing and dietary advice.
