Senior Stroll Suitable for Seniors who may have had a recent fall, illness, surgery or period of inactivity.

Your support walker will increase your confidence walking outdoors. The service also provides advice on posture, walking aids, strengthening and mobility. The service is run by a highly qualified physiotherapist with over 20 years experience working in the NHS.
