🌀 What is Creative Therapy? 🎨🧠
You might have heard the term, but what does it actually mean?

Creative Therapy is a powerful, supportive way of exploring your emotions, experiences, and thoughts — but instead of relying on words alone, it invites you to create. This can be through art, music, movement, writing, or other creative processes.

It’s not about being “good” at art or making something perfect. In fact, there’s no right or wrong way to express yourself in creative therapy. It’s about giving your inner world a safe space to speak, especially when words feel too hard or not enough.

I’m a Grief Recovery Specialist and Creative Therapist based in Flintshire, working with young people and adults who are navigating emotional pain, sensory overwhelm, and life’s toughest transitions. At TMJ Therapeutic Solutions, I offer a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their feelings through holistic counselling, creative therapies, and tailored sensory strategies.

From supporting pupils through anxiety and bereavement, to helping adults find healing after loss, my approach is person-centred, compassionate, and grounded in practical tools that empower growth and self-expression.

Whether it’s through grief-specific activities, grounding techniques, or sensory profiling, I’m here to help individuals reconnect with themselves and move forward with resilience and hope.
