A few years ago, Scott came to Reach Your Peak with goals around weight loss and fitness. Since then, we’ve hit so many milestones together, but yesterday was an extra special one!

Scott completed his first organised run—a 2k—and what better way to do it than having a bit of fun dressed as Santa! 🎅🏃‍♂️

It’s been an incredible journey so far, and this moment was a true testament to Scott’s hard work and dedication. Well done, Scott! Here’s to many more goals smashed in the future. 💪

Big congratulations to Alex for snagging himself a Reach Your Peak Cap! 🎉

This month’s challenge was no joke 😅—the brutal Burpee Deadlift Ladder!

Here’s how it worked:
⏱ 12-min time cap:

Start with 2 bar-over burpees and 2 deadlifts.
Add 2 reps each round until you hit 10, then descend by 2 reps per round.

Finish early? Your score is the remaining time. Don’t finish? Your score is total reps completed.

Massive effort from everyone who took part! 💪
