Are you suffering from Chilblains?!

Due to the cold weather, I have been seeing this a lot recently, including my own feet 😱!

However, there is no need to worry! They should disappear within a couple of weeks and in the meantime, your local chemist will be able to supply you with some soothing cream. Roll on the spring I say! 😃🌷
