I had a really interesting conversation with a new client today and it honestly made me stop and think…

They told me they almost didn’t book an appointment because my business page doesn’t have many reviews.

I think it caught me off guard because I’m so fortunate that most of my business comes from word of mouth — something I’m incredibly grateful for. But it really highlighted the power of social media and how much people rely on reviews when choosing who to trust.
