Each week in baby yoga, we sit in a circle of parents from all different walks of life — military families, single parents, first-time parents, parents with multiple children, the list goes on…

Different stories and different journeys, but one precious thing we all have in common is parenthood 🤍

In our safe space, there’s no comparison and no pressure. We’ll never get sick of hearing your birth story- if it’s one you want to share. We love listening to your weekly wins, swapping tips on what works for you and your baby, and holding space for you to get those frustrations off your chest.
