🌿 A Heartfelt Thank You 🌿
After much thought and reflection, I’ve decided to close my reflexology business to focus my time and energy on other exciting projects and commitments.
This has not been an easy decision — working with each of you has been such a joy and a privilege. I’m deeply grateful for your trust, support, and the beautiful connections we’ve built over the years.
Thank you to every one of my clients who has been part of this journey. Your kindness and loyalty have meant the world to me. 💚
This isn’t goodbye — just a new chapter. Stay well, and keep taking care of yourselves.

I left a happy client relaxing after her reflexology session today and as I left her home I was greeted by a beautiful clear view across Morecambe Bay.and it really made me think about how we start and end each session. We always start with 3 deep breaths in, this helps you to clear your mind, bring your focus to yourself and your needs and to help you feel grounded. This is when the stress starts to leave your body and you feel your muscles relax and your thoughts slow down. This time is about you and you only. It is not unusual for clients to relax very quickly and drift into complete relaxation. When the session is complete, we conclude the session with another three deep breaths, this time, it’s to allow you to slowly come round from your relaxed state, it’s a time to smile and enjoy feeling calm. This time is still about you so there is no rush to move.

Don’t take my word for it,just look at these lovely reviews from some of my happy Mummy clients. As a midwife I always used to say “You never get the same pregnancy twice”and this is absolutely true- so why should one method of reflexology suit all? It doesn’t which is why I wanted to know more and learn more. The training I did with Sally Earlam has played such a massive part in my role as a reflexologist. Little did I know that when I qualified as a reflexologist- that it was just the tip of the iceberg and how there was another world of happiness out there, bringing joy to people in their own homes. My knowledge and experience as a midwife enriches my role as reflexologist. I have stepped away from the wards and delivery suite but I still feel extremely honoured to be part of a clients pregnancy journey offering support and relaxation. I love hearing how pelvic pain or back ache has improved,how the nausea stayed away for a few days or how the anxiety has reduced allowing clients to enjoy their pregnancy more.
