Take a look at our first daytime Well-being event here in Heysham.
This time we're doing glass painting with optional Pilates at the end.
There will be a raffle and proceeds going towards St John's Hospice.
20 min Back, neck and shoulder massages will also be available at an extra cost.

So our first Paint and Sip this year is 5th Feb 6pm-8.30pm at The Salty Bean cafe in Morecambe, address is on the flyer.
No alcohol but your first tea/coffee is free.
£30 and includes everything you need. Only 12 places available.

Christine, Jemma and I ( Tina) would like to thank everyone who has supported us by attending our Painting and Pilates Well-being retreats and our Paint and Sip evenings over this past year and wish you a wonderful Christmas and all the best for the new year.
We hope you enjoyed your time with us as much as we enjoyed delivering the events.
*Moving forward into 2026, we are going to be adding Paint and Sip evenings at The Dispensary again and also Embargo in Morecambe.
We are also going to deliver an evening at The Salty Bean too.
Dates to be confirmed.
*Painting and Pilates Well-being retreat will be at Netherwood Hotel in Grange over Sands date to be confirmed (possibly April time).
Keep an eye on the page for updates on dates/times and prices.
*We can also do Gift vouchers if you'd like to buy a gift for someone for Christmas, just drop us a message. Xx

We had a lovely evening at The Globe in Overton on Thursday with a fun group of ladies. Thank you Adele Mill for hosting us.
We're looking forward to another evening with you.
If you've never been in the Globe, you must go. Adele does lovely food and does amazing cakes. Plus there's a lovely beautiful puppy to entertain you.
