❓ Does acupuncture hurt?
Not at all like an injection! Acupuncture needles are very fine – most people barely feel them. Once in place, you might feel a gentle tingling, dull ache, or warmth – a sign the body is responding.

❓ Is acupuncture safe?
Yes – very safe. All BAcC members (including myself) complete a degree-level qualification in acupuncture, covering essential areas like anatomy, physiology, pathology, and aspects of Western medicine.
