You can book if you are:
Aged 75 or over
Aged 6 months to 74 years and at increased risk (e.g. long-term health condition, weakened immune system)

**From Tuesday 30th September Moreton Group Practice will be using a new online system for appointment requests called PACO GP. This is to improve access to your GP Surgery.
All administrative queries and prescription requests will be directed through here. You may also call us, and our team will be on hand to help you with your online request if needed. You will need to have your NHS Number and date of birth ready.** You can find your NHS number on your prescription request slip, by downloading the NHS app https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login or by clicking on the following link https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/find-nhs-number/

From 30th September to request an appointment or for any queries please click on the 'Submit Online Request' button on the website.
